Contents restoration and cleaning after a fire
Your property is more than walls and floors. Furniture, dishes, electronics, artwork, photographs and keepsakes often hold the most value, financial and personal. Magnolia evaluates, documents, cleans and returns them.

How contents restoration works
We start with a walk-through and a room-by-room inventory with photos. Items are sorted into what can be cleaned on site, what should be packed out for cleaning, and what cannot be restored. Everything that leaves the property is labeled and tracked until it comes back.
What we clean
Hard goods like dishes, glassware and décor are hand-cleaned. Furniture and upholstery are cleaned with methods matched to the material. Clothing, bedding and curtains go through our textile process. Photographs, documents and keepsakes are handled with extra care and set aside so they are never lost in the shuffle.

Questions
Contents restoration FAQ
What happens to items that can't be restored?
We photograph and list them with descriptions so they can be included in your insurance claim. We don't dispose of anything without your approval.
Do I have to move everything out?
Not always. Some contents can be cleaned in place. Larger losses, or homes that need repairs, usually need a pack-out so belongings are protected and the crews can work.
How will I know where my things are?
Every box gets a number and a room label, and our inventory records what is in it, its cleaning status and where it is stored.
